Nella puntata di stasera di X Factor verrà eseguita la cover di London Calling, una delle più importanti hit della rock alternative band The Clash: ecco il testo e il significato

Nella puntata di X Factor che andrà in onda stasera, Giovedì 18 Novembre, ci sarà modo di vedere i concorrenti del popolare programma televisivo esibirsi con cover di alcune delle canzoni che hanno cambiato e scritto la storia della musica. Tra di queste, non si può non segnare anche London Calling della rock band The Clash, che è stata affidata a Erio, membro della squadra di Manuel Agnelli.

L. C., celebre brano dei Clash scritto nel 1979, è una canzone simbolo dell’epoca. Infatti, questa nasce dalla tremenda preoccupazione riguardo alle tensioni mondiali e ai conflitti che avrebbero potuto scoppiare in qualsiasi momento: la crisi nucleare, la corsa agli armamenti, la repressione subita dai londinesi in quel periodo.
